More Product Information
-
The LL137 Series provides a focused line of illumination in a passively cooled design.
-
Provides a medium intensity level of 280kLux (working distance of 75mm)
-
Pre-engineered for expandability in 6” (152mm) increments up to 96” (2.44m).
-
Available intensity control provides illuminance adjustability for every 6″ increment via a 0 – 10v input
-
Note: If only looking for white illumination, our LL167 Series provides a 74% brighter beam in a similar package.
-
The SL223 is characterized as a MicroBrite™ Spot/Coaxial Light and is designed primarily to replace fiber optic light sources in coaxial lensing applications.
-
Optional couplers are available for use with Dolan-Jenner, Fostec, and Moritex fiber bundles.
-
The SL223 is also designed for general lighting purposes where a very intense, miniaturized light source is required. General purpose spot lights may be used to create both dark field and bright field affects, depending on how they are deployed during the inspection.
-
The spot light is designed to provide 8.1kLux at a working distance of 4” (100mm) and is available in a very wide range of wavelengths from UV to IR.
-
The SL223 is rated for IP65 washdown capability.
-
The Narrow Linear Diffuse Light series is ideal for precision scanning of highly reflective materials.
-
The DL151 is available in a wide range of wavelengths and provides up to 28kLux at a 1” (25mm) standoff.
-
The extruded aluminum enclosure can be expanded in 2″ (51mm) increments from 2″ to 70″ (1778mm).
-
Our EuroBrite™ lineup outdoes the competition in so many ways. With more features at a competitive price point, there’s no better value in machine vision lighting:
-
Complete built-in control for continuous and strobe modes.
-
Adaptive Power™, a feature of the EuroBrite™ lighting controller, utilizes an onboard thermistor to maximize light output in continuous mode.
-
Adaptive Overdrive,™ another feature of the EuroBrite™ lighting controller, provides a maximal output pulse in strobe mode regardless of the exposure period.
-
IP67 sealed enclosure suitable for washdown environments.
-
Rugged construction that has been tested to withstand over 1000lb.
-
Industrial grade LEDs providing high-intensity illumination of 136klux (working distance of 100mm).
-
Pre-Engineered Scalability Enables Customized Emitting Lengths in 2″ Increments to 20″
-
Intense, Diffuse Lighting with 226 kLux at Emitting Surface
-
Multiple Available Wavelengths, Including Visible Monochromatics, Infrared, and White
-
Available Washdown Option for Difficult Environments
-
Can be Applied in Backlighting or Diffuse Front Lighting Geometries
-
The SL1236 is characterized as a Large Aimed Spot Light.
-
Precisely aimed LEDs provide a level of lighting control not found in traditional illuminators.
-
A range of standoffs and fields of view may be specified at the time of order.
-
The spot light is available in a wide range of wavelengths from UV to IR, including a 3 channel RGB version.
