More Product Information
-
This ultra high intensity line light series is built to handle the most extreme line scan lighting requirements.
-
Provides an intensity level of 2,100 klx (working distance of 75 mm).
-
Pre-engineered for expandability in 150 mm (6”) increments up to 2400 mm (94.5”).
-
Available in multiple wavelengths.
-
In the event of abnormally high ambient temperatures, the device automatically shuts down when the housing reaches 60°C and resumes operation at 56°C.
-
Note: Requires third party power supplies – refer to spec sheet.
-
The BL2 Series provides a highly uniform and high intensity, diffuse backlight source, primarily used for creating object silhouettes of high contrast or imaging through semi-translucent materials.
-
BL2 Backlights are pre-engineered for scalability, allowing for size configurations in 1″ increments up to 46″ in length and width.
-
This Backlight series is offered in 5 wavelength options and can be configured with either a polarization or collimation film.
-
As with all Advanced illumination products, this series is built for tailorability while still maintaining a standard lead time of one to three weeks.
-
Each side of a BL2 is equiped with M6 nut channels, allowing for quick and easy mounting. This series comes with our LB111 Mounting Brackets.
-
Part of the MicroBrite™ family of high performance, compact machine vision lights.
-
Produces an intensity level of 41kLux (working distance of 180mm).
-
Available in several sizes including 50mm, 100mm, 160mm and 200mm.
-
The CB series of Back-lit Collimated Backlights deliver precision silhouetting for a range of machine vision applications.
-
Application examples include glass and plastic container defect detection, printed curcuit board hole accuracy and thread inspection, etc.
-
The CB series is expandable up to 16″ x 16″ (406mm) in increments of 1” (25mm)
-
This series comes with LB111 Mounting Brackets.
-
UltraSeal Bar Lights are ideal for hygienic inspection environments, aseptic manufacturing, and food and beverage applications. They are IP69K certified to withstand the harshest environments.
-
High-intensity Bar Lights feature the UltraSeal standard proprietary nickel finish, providing superior corrosion resistance and improved thermal conductivity in comparison to stainless steel.
- The fourth generation of Ai’s popular Inline Control System.
- High Output Power: Capable of delivering 2.1 amps of continuous output and up to 8 amps in overdrive strobe at 24V, outperforming all other inline controllers on the market.
- Compact & Rugged: Sleek enough to fit through wiring conduit with its compact anodized aluminum housing and sealed to IP68 standards for prolonged liquid immersion and complete dust protection.
- Plug-and-Play Functionality: Enabled with SignaTech™, allowing for simplicity when overdriving, without risk of damage to the lighthead.

Advanced grounding concept
-
Eliminating all but a narrow band of light (+/- 40nm) centered on the specified wavelength, band pass filters are used to enhance colors, or to stop unwanted ambient light from reaching the camera.
-
Filtering can replace existing shrouds, simplifying the physical set up of an inspection site.
-
Ai offers 660nm and 635nm band pass filters to fit a number of different lens sizes.
-
Up to 30 GHz bandwidth and 80 GS/s sample rate
-
The most advanced oscilloscope user interface
-
The industry’s only true hardware 14.1 Gb/s serial trigger
-
Low Jitter Measurement Floor and exceptional timebase stability
-
Comprehensive set of serial data analysis, debug, validation and compliance tools
-
Integrated 50 Ω and 1 MΩ inputs for true connection and probing flexibility
-
Integrated standard and custom measurements and math functions for unrivaled analysis capability
-
Multi-lane serial data eye, jitter and crosstalk analysis
