The IC Inline Controller (ICS 2.0) provides steady and optimal current to lights from a small package when larger, more versatile discrete controllers are not necessary.
-
The IC provides continuous-on and DC gating on/off control as well as 0-10 volt analog dimming.
-
All ICS models employ reverse input polarity protection.
-
A wash down version is provided with any light to which it is attached is also wash down.
-
0 – 100% Intensity Control with optional DCS-MP, purchased separately, will provide manual intensity control via an external potentiometer.
-
The BL128 Series of Compact Backlights provide edge to edge illumination in a 12mm thick housing.
-
The BL128 length is expandable in 1” (25mm) increments up to 14.4″ (366.8mm).
-
Optional washdown version is IP65 compliant.
-
The BL2 Series provides a highly uniform and high intensity, diffuse backlight source, primarily used for creating object silhouettes of high contrast or imaging through semi-translucent materials.
-
BL2 Backlights are pre-engineered for scalability, allowing for size configurations in 1″ increments up to 46″ in length and width.
-
This Backlight series is offered in 5 wavelength options and can be configured with either a polarization or collimation film.
-
As with all Advanced illumination products, this series is built for tailorability while still maintaining a standard lead time of one to three weeks.
-
Each side of a BL2 is equiped with M6 nut channels, allowing for quick and easy mounting. This series comes with our LB111 Mounting Brackets.
-
The RL121 is characterized as a Small High Dispersion Bright Field ring light.
-
Non-lensed LEDs disperse light at broad angles, providing “soft” lighting for applications that require short working distances.
-
The low-profile design is only .56” (14.2mm) thick, allowing it to be used in space constrained applications.
-
Optional adapter rings are available for camera lens mounting.
-
A wide variety of wavelengths are available from UV to IR. An optional polarizer and/or diffuser may be used to further condition the light output.
-
The RL121 delivers 27kLux at a working distance of 50mm.
-
Advanced MicroVac chuck surface for minimum contact resistance between wafer and chuck
-
Safety-rated interlock system for high-power testing (meets EN 60947-5-1, EN 60204-1)
-
Supports fully automated testing up to 10kV by eliminating arcing point
-
Full wafer access via locking roll-out stage
-
On-wafer power device characterization up to 10,000 V DC / 600 A
-
Coaxial, triaxial, and pin jack feed-troughs available
-
Convenient instrument connection kits
-
Load/unload wafer to hot/cold chuck (-60° C to +300° C)
-
Up to 15% faster transition times than other systems in the market
-
The BL Series of Back-lit Backlights offer a low profile design with a planar, back-lit array of LEDs.
-
BL Series backlights are part of our pre-engineered, expandable family of products.
-
Expandable products provide custom size and power options with short lead times.
-
Model numbers include the BL0202, BL0404, and BL0808.
-
This series comes with LB111 Mounting Brackets.
-
The Wide Linear Diffuse Light series is ideal for the inspection of elongated or cylindrical objects.
-
Perfect for inspections requiring a multi-camera setup.
-
Can be provided with up to 4 viewing ports.
-
Expandable lengths from 6” – 36” (152 – 194mm) in 6” increments.
-
The SL162 is characterized as a High Intensity Spot/Coaxial Light and is designed primarily to replace fiber optic light sources in coaxial lensing applications.
-
Optional couplers are available for use with Dolan-Jenner, Fostec, and Moritex fiber bundles.
-
The spot light is designed with sufficient thermal management to provide 33kLux at a working distance of 4” (100mm).
-
A very wide range of wavelengths from UV to IR are available.
