Billboards provide immediate visual information to the operator on the production floor. The current status of the system is shown. This allows the operator to stay at the tool and not return to the control station for feedback. The information displayed on the billboards includes system messages and ply information from the part file as defined by the creator of the part file.

Aligned Vision - Fabrication Management

Aligned Vision - Repairable Targets
LASERGUIDE and LASERVISION use 4 to 24 retroreflective targets on the tool per projector to establish the location of the tool relative to each laser projector. Typical targets are 0.50” diameter with a 0.1” or 0.2” diameter in retro-reflective spot centered at the top face.
Additional targets are available in standard metric units or custom dimensions, as required by the tool.
Targets are field-repairable with the Aligned Vision Target Repair Kit. Target repair is much more costeffective than purchasing replacement targets, providing additional long-term savings.

Aligned Vision - Wireless Printers

These portable, belt-mounted printers provide flexibility to the operator by allowing him to use both hands for other tasks. The printers can accommodate to different label sizes and can be used wireless or with a cable. They allow the operator to control the pace while kitting using KitGuide.

Aligned Vision - Android Remote System

Android remote controls are full-featured remotes that provide full system control from the tool. Beam steering, registration, ply selection, idle and redisplay are all easily controlled with the remote. It also accesses work instructions, ply-book images, the list of plies, pictures of ply outlines, and billboard messages. Operators stay at the tool and work more efficiently. Additional remotes may be easily added to the system at any time. Up to 8 remotes or tablets can be used with one controller.

LASERVISION extends Aligned Vision’s industry-leading automated laser technology to the full build cycle. The system projects design data to the tool or work surface with the same technology as our proven LASERGUIDE system; and then it automatically captures and analyzes build data, archiving both data and imagery. Complete fabrication management is accomplished by one system.
