More Product Information
- Capture/display/analyze peak and average power
- Frequency range from 4 kHz to 40 GHz
- Industry-leading video bandwidth (195 MHz) and rise time (3 ns)
- Industry-leading 100,000 measurements per second
- Industry-leading 100 ps time resolution
- Synchronous multi-channel measurements (up to 4 channels)
- Sensors can be used as standalone instruments
- Complete bias circuits
- Requires no external components
- Extremely flat output power versus frequency characteristics
The NC500 (through-hole) and NC500SM (surface mount) Series noise modules are an economical solution for built-in test requirements. They contain complete bias circuits and require no external components. Some models contain additional gain stages for high power ENR output (51 dB). The surface mount package is suitable for mounting on micro strip. The modules have extremely flat output power versus frequency characteristics that are insensitive to temperature and voltage variations.
- The SL147 is characterized as a 2×2 Spot Light with the necessary optics to project light over longer distances.
- Ideal Illumination for medium working distances.
- The spot light is available in a very wide range of wavelengths from UV to IR.
- Diffuser and polarizer options are also available as well as several lens choices.
- A washdown version is also available as an option.
- The SL147 provides 88kLux at a working distance of 4” (100mm).
- Convenient mounting with an M4 nut channel.
- The SL164 is characterized as a Compact High Intensity Spot Light with sufficient thermal management to provide 200kLux at a working distance of 4” (100mm).
- A very wide range of wavelengths are available from UV to IR.
- Multiple beam spreads are also available as is a diffuser option.
- Excellent temperature and voltage stability
- Units for noise figure meters feature 15.5-dB ± 0.75 dB ENR output
- High-output units for radar and satellite communications system testing feature output between 26 and 35 dB ± 1 dB ENR
The NC3000 Series calibrated coaxial AWGN sources are well suited for receiver testing, noise figure measurements, or applications that require broadband noise and fast switching times. Several models include output isolators, and voltage regulators that provide excellent stability over varying temperature and voltage ranges. The NC3000 Series includes the NC3100 units with 15 dB ENR output for noise-figure meters, and the NC3200 Series high-output noise sources with outputs between 26 and 35 dB ENR for radar and satellite communications system testing.
- AWGN as high as +13 dBm
- Bandwidths up to 18 GHz
- Bandwidth, output power, and flatness can be modified for specific applications
- TTL controlled attenuation
The NC1000 Series amplified noise modules produce AWGN as high as +13 dBm, and have bandwidths up to 18 GHz. The high power modules are designed to test noise immunity for Cable TV equipment, secure communication channels, and military jamming systems. The lower power modules, <= 0 dBm, are random jitter sources for many applications including, PCIexpress, Infiniband, and 10 GigE. The Bandwidth, output power, and flatness can be modified for specific applications. A newly developed TTL controlled attenuation feature is also available.
- Pre-Engineered Scalability Enables Customized Emitting Lengths in 2″ Increments to 20″
- Intense, Diffuse Lighting with 226 kLux at Emitting Surface
- Multiple Available Wavelengths, Including Visible Monochromatics, Infrared, and White
- Available Washdown Option for Difficult Environments
- Can be Applied in Backlighting or Diffuse Front Lighting Geometries
