EMC test equipment to evaluate the resistibility of electronic devices and components when energy charged on a human body or object is discharged to the electronic devices and components. NoiseKen brand ESD simulator is available to see malfunctions or function declines of electronic equipment for appropriate evaluations compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 Ed.2 Test Standard, ISO 10605 Ed.2 Test Standard & ISO 10605 Ed.3 Test Standard.

The ESS-S3011A features a function which enables the user to pre-program test settings to minimize setup errors as well as having the unit be incorporated into a remote or autonomous testing setup. Another feature that sets apart NoiseKen ESD guns to that of competitors is the discharging gun separation design which helps achieve the lightweight.

For conventional ESD guns, that have generators that are inseparable from the gun, you may experience having to replace the whole unit even only when certain parts of the unit are broken. However, with the NoiseKen’s separation design, replacement parts can be minimized to lower the running cost.

“3 PRE-CHECKING FUNCTION” BUILT-IN

Check high voltage output to confirm correct voltage is produced.
Check withstanding voltage to confirm whether withstanding voltage is normal or defective. The output and defectiveness are checked upon insertion of the discharge gun to the attached gun holder.
Check discharge relay operation to confirm whether the relay is exhausted or not.

CR CONSTANT INDICATOR TO MAKE SURE THE CORRECT UNIT ATTACHMENT.

1. Detects whether the gun head corresponds to IEC or ISO.

2. Detects the capacitor and resistor values of the attached CR network.

Lighter and user-friendly discharge gun

The GT-30RA discharge gun has been completely renewed, using lightweight materials and weight balancing designs, to be known as one of the most operator friendly ESD guns in the market. In addition to the LED indicator that helps visualize when the discharge occurs, the GT-30RA offers features such as the one-touch no-hassle exchange of CR unit and flashlight to easily see where the gun is making contact to realize a more operator friendly testing experience.

Most of the operation can be controlled by the remote controller.

AVAILABLE TO CONFORM TO ISO 10605 STANDARD WITH ADDITION OF THE GUN HEAD AND CR UNITS.

Available to conform to ISO 10605 Standard by additional purchasing optional gun head and CR units. Since exchange of the gun head and CR units can be one touched, the tests with varied CR constants can be realized easily.

HIGH VISIBILITY LCD PANEL AND OPERATABILITY

Compared to previous model improvements have been made with focus on easing user operation. A preset feature, accessed through “1 IEC STANDARD” option in the MAIN MENU, will allow you to test at levels called for in the IEC61000-4-2 Ed.2 standard without the need to set individual parameters yourself. Combined with the “2 MANUAL” mode where you can set the voltage, interval, and number of discharge of your need, and “3 SEQUENCE” mode where you perform sweeping discharges, the ESS-S3011 can be set to best fit your test requirements.

The constant depends on combination with CR units for the discharge gun.
The software is scheduled to be downloaded freely from our web-site (The connection cable is necessary in addition).
C (Capacitor) and R (Resistor) for the discharge gun is one-body unit.
ISO 10605 compliant test can be realized with the optional parts in addition.
