The Model KAA4020 is a Class AB wideband RF power amplifier that delivers more than 500 Watts CW power into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 1 MHz to 50 MHz. Power gain is a minimum of 57 dB. GPIB control requires the optional IEEE488.2/RS232 Interface Controller Module.

The Model KAA4020P is a wideband RF pulse amplifier. The KAA4020P is a Class AB linear amplifier capable of 500 Watts pulsed output power into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 1 MHz to 50 MHz. Power gain is 57 dB minimum. GPIB control is possible with the optional IEEE488.2/RS232 Interface Controller Module.

The Model KAA4021P is a wideband RF pulse amplifier. The KAA4021P is a Class AB linear amplifier capable of 300 Watts pulsed output power into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 1 MHz to 50 MHz. Power gain is 57 dB minimum. GPIB control is possible with the optional IEEE488.2/RS232 Interface Controller Module.

The Model KAA5170P is a wideband RF pulse amplifier capable of 1,000 Watts from 0.5 to 5.5 MHz. The amplifier requires a maximum 0dBm (1mW) to achieve this power level. This is a power gain of 60 dB minimum. The amplifier is fully gated and blanked to virtually eliminate the amplifier’s output noise (-154dBm/Hz) when gated off.

Forced-air cooling is by a highly reliable, tube-axial fan mounted on the rear panel. The amplifier operates from 95-132 or 187-265 AC, 47-63 Hz line. The system may be placed in 'stand-by' mode with the BLANKING switch, which greatly reduces energy consumption and heat generation.

The Model KAW2020M16 is a Class AB wideband RF power amplifier delivering in excess of 100 Watts into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 220 MHz to 245 MHz. The system features forward and reflected power indication on a front panel-mounted analog meter; over-drive protection; full VSWR protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage, and over-current.
System is CW rated with fast keying option.
The Model KAW2020M16 is a 19-inch rack-mount unit, 3.5 inches high and 20 inches deep. Construction is completely modular; all subassemblies are readily removable. The amplifier operates from 100-240 VAC, 47-63 Hz line.

The Model KAW2300 is a Class AB wideband RF power amplifier system delivering up to 100 Watts PEP Peak Envelope power over the frequency range of 100 MHz to 1000 MHz.

The Model KAW4040M12 is a Class AB wideband RF power amplifier system delivering in excess of 500 Watts CW power into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 200 MHz to 500 MHz with custom optimization over the 390 MHz – 410 MHz range. Power gain is a minimum of 57 dB.
The system features forward and reflected power indication on a front panel-mounted, analog meter; Automatic Level Control (ALC); RF gain control; overdrive protection; full VSWR protection; input blanking, and over-temperature protection. On the basic model these features, plus remote power on/off control, are accessible for hard-wire remote operation through a 25- pin, D-subminiature connector. The system comprises a Power Controller/Power Amplifier and a Power Supply Unit. These are intended to be mounted into a standard, 19-inch equipment rack and require 15¾ inches of panel space. The units are designed to be installed on optional telescoping slides. The system operates from 187-265 VAC 47-63 Hz. Power consumption is 2.8 kVA. The system may be placed in 'stand-by' mode with the BLANKING switch, which greatly reduces energy consumption and heat generation.

The Model KAW5050 is a Class AB wideband RF power amplifier system delivering up to 1000 Watts PEP power into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 225 MHz to 400 MHz. The system features forward and reflected power indications on a front-panel mounted digital display; Automatic Level Control (ALC); overdrive protection; full VSWR protection: over-temperature protection, PA final stages current balance protection. Controls include: AC power ON/OFF, transmit/receive, Key ON/OFF. Above functions are remotely accessible via 25-pin, D-sub connector. Additionally, Ethernet remote control is available through RJ-45 LAN port. Standard door interlock BNC connector is located on rear panel. The system comprises a Power Amplifier, controller sub-system and AC Power Supply Units in a 19-inch equipment rack [Optional telescoping slides available.]. The system operates from single or three phase supplies 96-265 VAC, 47-400 Hz, via a configurable AC interface plug. The system is capable of operation from any two of the three power supply units. The system is configured to provide switchable Transmit and Receive paths using an internal coaxial relay.
