Amplifier Research - FAM7000 - Fiber Optic Mating Adapter for FA7000 Series Field Analyzers
AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation offers a product line of fiber optic adapters for use with our Field Analyzer systems. The FAM7000 Fiber Optic Mating Adapter is used to join two FAC7000 series cables together.
The FAM7000 consists of a single shuttered, keyed (#3), color coded (Yellow), female/female, compact, E2000 connector. The keying and color coding match up with the same keying and color coding used on the FAC7000 series fiber optic cables to ensure proper connection. The shuttered connectors offer extra protection from potential light emitted from the fibers during and after cable disconnection.

Amplifier Research - FI7000 - Probe Interface for FL7000 and PL7000 Series probes
The FI7000 interface provides both power to and communication with the FL/PL 7000 series probes. A low-level loop back fiber optic connection is used to sense unexpected disconnect of laser driven fibers to ensure user-safe operation. As an additional safety measure, shuttered connectors are used on all fiber optic connections to and from the probe.
The FI7000 can be used with the FM7004A Field Monitor (using the provided 0.5 meter fiber optic cable) or a PC by direct communication using the USB, GPIB, or RS-232 interfaces
