The CISPR25 emc chamber is designed for emc compliance benchtop testing of automotive components and wiring harnesses . The MVG CISPR25 emc chamber is designed for the emc measurements using the requisite 1 m test distance and for a “typical bench” configuration of 2.5 m x 1.0 m. The unique design requires less volumetric space than traditional absorbers and still provides the volume required to have the requisite distances between the EUT and the walls and the emc absorber and the walls & ceiling. The chamber is designed with anechoic treatment that meets the specified attenuation in the CISPR 25 standard, and it is designed to meet the Long Wire testing specified in Annex J. The polypropylene emc absorber does not undergo the typical age-related deterioration of the typical “foam” polyurethane absorbers. The UH-series, polypropylene emc absorber is also applicable to the radar pulse testing required in some automotive test standards.

The MVG-Orbit/FR Legacy Series Azimuth Positioners provide accurate, balanced rotation, and controllable velocity. Their rugged yet straight-forward construction ensures maximum reliability and trouble-free operation, yielding the best size and weight/performance ratio.
With the complexity of modern aerospace systems and components, stringent safety standards, and rapidly emerging trends and technologies, the aerospace and defense industry is facing a time of expeditious change. These industry trends shape aerospace manufacturers’ testing needs, growth objectives, and overall business goals. The reality is that aging aerospace facilities aren’t prepared to keep up with these rapid trends. Organizations seeking a competitive edge in the industry aim to achieve sustainable practices and regulatory compliance or explore new avenues in electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft and space exploration. This demands testing facilities that are future-proofed for innovative solutions.
The Performance Series EL/AZ positioners represent the latest generation of multi-axis rotary positioning subsystems. They offer enhanced capabilities and improved performance relative to size, and incorporate new engineering advances.
These positioners provide accurate, balanced rotation, and controllable velocity. Their rugged yet straight-forward construction ensures maximum reliability and trouble-free operation, yielding the best size and weight/performance ratio. Typically, the unit includes the body, precise slew bearings, DC motor, gear reducer, encoder/synchro, and limit switch assemblies. The AUT mounting surface is designed with a threaded mounting hole pattern for ease of use. A Safe/Operate switch is included to ensure safety.
MVG light duty polarization positioners provide accurate rotation, velocity, and direction and offer turntable diameters up to 12.6 in (320 mm) . Their rugged yet simple construction ensures maximum reliability and trouble-free operations.
The AL-4164 and AL-4166 programmable controllers offer real-time control of positioning subsystems used in near-field and far-field antenna measurement systems. They may be configured to drive planar scanners and general purpose far-field positioners that are encoder-based or involve simultaneous motion.
Southwest Microwave connectors and accessories are designed to be compatible with each other to assure electrical performance. Southwest Microwave cannot assure electrical performance when the accessories are used with a non-Southwest Microwave connector.
