Hyperlabs - Amplifiers

Ultra-broadband amplifiers from HYPERLABS are designed with cutting-edge applications and next-gen systems in mind.

Linear Amplifiers

HL5897 Ultra-Broadband Linear Amplifier (48 kHz to 63 GHz)

The HL5897 is an ultra-broadband linear amplifier and data driver with exceptional gain flatness from 48 kHz to 63 GHz, optimized to minimize eye distortion. Operating from a single 6 V supply, it is ideal as a linear gain block for fiber-optic receiver channels and 112 Gbps PAM4 signaling.

HL5867 Broadband Linear Amplifier (35 kHz to 30 GHz)

The HL5867 is an ultra-broadband linear amplifier with exceptional gain flatness from 24 kHz to 30 GHz, available in RF-optimized or data-optimized configurations with thermal compensation from 0° to +60°. The data driver option minimizes eye distortion, making it ideal for fiber-optic receiver channels and PAM4 signaling up to 32 Gbps.

HL5887 Broadband Linear Amplifier (42 kHz to 40 GHz)

The HL5887 is an ultra-broadband, thermally compensated linear amplifier with exceptional gain flatness from 42 kHz to 40 GHz and stable performance from 0° to +60°. Optimized as a data driver, it minimizes eye distortion and is ideal for fiber-optic receiver channels and PAM4 signaling up to 64 Gbps.

Limiting Amplifiers

HL5810 10 Vpp Limiting Amplifier (100 kHz to 15 GHz)

The HL5810 is an ultra-broadband, thermally compensated limiting amplifier designed for broadband pulse amplification and NRZ data transmission up to 20 Gbps. In limiting mode, it delivers a fixed 10 Vpp output from 0.03-0.63 Vpp inputs, improving signal integrity by accelerating transitions and flattening topline aberrations.

HL5877 Broadband Limiting Amplifier (35 kHz to 24 GHz)

The HL5877 is an ultra-broadband, thermally compensated limiting amplifier with exceptional input sensitivity, amplifying very small signals while producing a controlled output amplitude. User-adjustable output amplitude and eye crossing point enables precise optimization of high-speed signal integrity.
