More Product Information
- Measuring device to detect the twist/lay/pitch length of sheathed cables
- Measurements according to the standards LV212 und LV122
- The twist length of the sample is measured without removing the sheath → this ensures a precise measurement
- Traditional methods manipulate the sample (cable stripping or unwinding of conductors) → a precise measurement is not possible anymore
- Via a PC connection, the measuring results can directly be exported
- Fully automatic: By clicking one button, the measuring sensor automatically moves along the sample
Threaded Housing Position Sensors offer a rugged and easily adjustable solution for detecting position, proximity, or motion in a wide range of applications. Available with reed switch or Hall effect technology, these sensors are housed in cylindrical threaded enclosures, typically plastic, stainless steel, or brass, for secure mounting and customizable sensing gaps. Their non-contact operation ensures long-term reliability and resistance to shock, vibration, and harsh environments. Ideal for use in automation, transportation, medical devices, and industrial machinery, these sensors support various output types and connection styles for seamless integration.
Sanyu reed relays deliver high-performance switching solutions ideal for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and high-frequency applications. Engineered with compact, low-power reed technology, they offer fast switching speeds, low insertion loss, high isolation, and exceptional reliability. Backed by the Japanese precision, each relay undergoes advanced environmental testing and 100% ATE verification. With low contact resistance, wide bandwidth, and minimal capacitance, Sanyu Reed relays are trusted by design engineering and manufacturing experts worldwide.
The latching / bi-stable (1 Form E) reed switch is a magnetically operated switch designed for ultra-low power applications, particularly in battery-powered and energy-sensitive systems. Unlike traditional reed switches, this bistable variant maintains its contact state, either open or closed, without continuous power, thanks to its dual-magnet latching mechanism.
The switch operates by using two permanent magnets: one partially magnetized to bring the contacts near each other, and a second magnet that controls the contact state by reversing its magnetic field. This design allows the switch to remain in either the normally open (N.O.) or normally closed (N.C.) state until actively changed, making it ideal for applications requiring stable switching with minimal energy consumption.
Reed position sensors offer a versatile and contactless solution for detecting movement and position using magnetic fields. Built around a reed switch mechanism, these sensors operate by opening or closing in response to a nearby magnet, enabling precise and repeatable switching. Available in a wide range of sizes, mounting styles, and electrical configurations, they are ideal for applications in industrial automation, medical devices, fluid level monitoring, and consumer electronics. Their solid-state design ensures long operational life, resistance to shock and vibration, and compatibility with low-voltage systems.
Versatile Photo-MOSFET solid-state relays designed for a wide range of applications requiring low power switching, high isolation, and long operational life. Ideal for signal switching in industrial, medical, and telecom systems.
Ultraminiature reed relays are engineered for high-density, low-profile applications where space and performance are critical. With package heights as low as 3.4 mm and footprints under 8 mm, these instrumentation-grade relays are among the smallest in the industry. Ideal for tightly stacked matrices and compact PCB layouts, they offer high insulation resistance, low contact resistance, and reliable switching for billions of operations.
