Ease of use – Less experienced operators can perform DC measurements by simply pushing a button. This reduces the need of experienced users full time on each system.
-
Reduced Soak Time – The system will automatically re-align the probes to the pads if they drift from alignment. This reduces test time and increases throughput.
-
Unattended Use – Measurements can be left running over night or the weekend, testing all devices on the wafer, and at different temperatures without the need of an operator.
- Circle projection, freely scalable diameter
- Optionally with red cross projection in the center
- Wired remote control
- Simple installation above the work surface
- Power supply with EU or US plug
- Maintenance-free
The ZKV is a circle projection laser that uses a rotating mirror to project highly visible red or green circles onto the work surface. With the wired joystick remote control, the diameter can be adjusted seamlessly—from 270 mm to 1,400 mm at an installation height of 1,000 mm. This eliminates the need for conventional templates and makes the alignment of workpieces faster and more precise. Main applications include barrel construction and the production of wooden cable drums, where the ZKV increases efficiency and accuracy. Its simple operation and flexible adjustment make it a practical and reliable tool in industrial manufacturing.
ProPhotonix designs and manufactures easy to use, plug and play laser diode modules for a wide range of laser applications including uniform laser lines and DOE patterns for machine vision and rugged laser modules for industrial alignment applications. ProPhotonix also partners with leading manufacturers to develop laser modules for life science applications, scientific instrumentation, particle measurement, 3D printing and more.
Diode laser modules are available in a wide variety of wavelengths, output powers, beam shapes and with a variety of electronic functionality and form factors. Wavelengths from 405nm laser to 1300nm laser are available with maximum output power up to 2W. Circular and elliptical spot, Gaussian and uniform lines and various diffractive optical patterns are also available. In terms of electronics, ProPhotonix can offer CW, pulsed or TTL modulation options. Temperature stabilized (TE cooled) laser modules are also possible.
