More Product Information
The LL330 Series provides a sealed high intensity line light solution for demanding industrial environments. Engineered to withstand harsh conditions, these line lights are completely protected from dust and debris, ensuring reliable performance where other lights fail. In addition, passive thermal management eliminates the need for active cooling fans, contributing to low-maintenance, long-term operation.
The LL330 is available with an embedded control option, designed for continuous operation and housed within the configured light head. With options for converging or collimating optics, this series is suited for a variety of application needs. The LL330 is ideal for sheetrock, lumber, ceramics, stone, and other industries utilizing line scan imaging where airborne particulate, dust, and debris are concerns.
- The DL225 series of square coaxial lights features a modular heat sink and circuit design for enhanced performance, product availability and lead time.
- These coaxial lights are available in a wide variety of wavelengths from UV to IR.
- They provide intensities from 18kLux for the DL225-025 to approximately 50kLux for the larger models.
- Our classic LL163 Line Lights are suitable for low intensity, low speed line scan applications.
- These line lights are well established and have proven reliability.
- Provides a intensity level of 24kLux (working distance of 25mm).
- Available in 7 wavelengths including 395nm (UV) and 880nm (IR).
- Pre-engineered for expandability in 1.5” (38.1mm) increments up to 81” (2.06m).
- LL163 derivatives include LL2912 (3”), LL3024 (6”) and LL3148 (12”) (which represent legacy part numbers)
- Ultra-High Data Rate and Storage Capacity: Up to 16 Gbit/s and up to 64 TB
- Advanced Data Capabilities: On-Board Data Analysis
- Extended Configuration Flexibility: User-Configuration Canister Concept

- The LL167 Series provides a focused line of illumination in a passively cooled design.
- Only available in White (for color illumination in a similar package refer to our LL137 Series).
- Provides a high intensity level of 472kLux (working distance of 75mm).
- Available in pre-engineered sizes from 6” (152mm) to 96” (2438mm) in 6″ increments.
- A 3″ (75mm) length option is also available.
- Available intensity control provides illuminance adjustability for every 6″ increment via a 0 – 10v input
- The BX2 Series of edge-lit backlights provides a highly diffuse source of illumination, packed within a thin and thermally efficient housing.
- The BX2 allows for configuration with polarization or collimation. A backlight configured with collimation is best suited for applications requiring a higher degree of edge clarity when imaging object silhouettes.
- This second edition of our edge-lit backlight series is more than twice as bright as previous BX and CX models.
- As with most planar backlight designs, this product is useful for edge detection, part location & orientation identification, presence & absence, hole detection and object gauging.
- The SL243 Spot Light provides an industry leading performance to size ratio while maintaining desirable thermal dissipation. Perfect for applications that require small footprint machine vision components.
- Available in a broad range of wavelengths
- Washdown Version Available
- Convenient M4 T-Slot for Mounting
Engineered for critical hygienic environments, the RL322 Series UltraSeal™ Ring Light provides rugged bright field illumination in 50mm and 100mm camera opening sizes. Achieving 3rd-party IP69K certification, these lights ensure complete protection against high-pressure, high-temperature steam cleaning.
Their patented, virtually crevice-free design eliminates exposed fasteners to prevent bacteria buildup and simplifies cleaning. This hygienic construction makes them ideal for direct installation in Food & Beverage splash zones, ensuring reliable performance despite constant exposure to liquid, food debris, and rigorous sanitation protocols. Available in Stainless Steel or Anodized Aluminum to suit specific caustic resistance needs, the RL322 Series can be paired with autoVimation’s IP69K Dolphin camera enclosures (an Exaktera family product) for a more complete, sanitary machine vision imaging solution.
