HL9429 Broadband Attenuator (DC to 110 GHz)

The HL9429 is an ultra-broadband fixed attenuator available in 3 dB, 6 dB, or 10 dB values, offering a very flat frequency response from DC to 110 GHz. It is ideal for protecting sensitive instrumentation and managing signal levels in optical communications, test and measurement, high-speed data, pulse experiments, and 224 Gbps PAM4 systems.

The HL9409, part of our series of Hyper-Broadband components, is a 180° signal splitter and combiner that offers excellent amplitude and phase match over an industry-best bandwidth of 500 kHz to 100 GHz.

Bias Tees

HL9449 Broadband Bias Tee (160 kHz to 110 GHz, 175 mA)

The HL9449 is an ultra-broadband bias tee with <2.5 dB insertion loss from 160 kHz to 110 GHz, enabling DC bias insertion with minimal impedance disturbance on 50 Ω lines. Available as matched pairs or individual units with 11 V or 30 V breakdown options and multiple connector configurations, it is ideal for amplifiers, lasers, optical modulators, and 224 Gbps PAM4 systems.

HL8439 Broadband DC Block (16 kHz to 110 GHz)

The HL8439 is an ultra-broadband DC Block with a typical insertion loss of < 2 dB over an industry-best bandwidth of 16 kHz to 110 GHz.

HL9439 Broadband DC Block (160 kHz to 110 GHz)

The HL9439 is an ultra-broadband DC block with typical insertion loss of <2 dB up to 110 GHz, designed to remove DC bias and protect DC-sensitive equipment. Available as matched pairs or individual units with 11 V or 30 V breakdown options and multiple connector configurations, it is ideal for 224 Gbps PAM4, optical, and high-speed data systems, as well as improved RF power measurements.

HL9349 Broadband DC Feeder (13 kHz to 110 GHz)

The HL9349 is an ultra-broadband DC feeder with typical insertion loss of 2.5 dB from 13 kHz to 110 GHz, enabling DC bias insertion without an RF DC-blocking capacitor. Available as matched pairs or individual units with multiple connector options, it is ideal for biasing amplifiers, laser, optical modulators, and 224 Gbps PAM4 communication systems.

HL9419 Broadband Inverter (150 kHz to 100 GHz)

The HL9419 is an ultra-broadband pulse inverter with a typical fixed insertion loss of 2 dB and a very flat response from 150 kHz to 100 GHz, providing time-domain inversion equivalent to a 180° phase shift. Available as a single unit or matched pair, it is ideal for test and measurement, high-speed data systems, pulse experiments, and radar applications.

The HL9469-PCIe 8.0 is a broadband Z-matched pick-off tee with flat frequency response from DC to 110 GHz on both the thru and pick-off paths, available as matched pairs (-M) or individual units (-U). It is ideal for 224 Gbps PAM4 systems, trigger and oscilloscope applications, and amplitude noise injection for datacom compliance testing with minimal signal perturbation.

HL9479 Broadband Resistive Power Divider (DC to 110 GHz)

The HL9479 is a RoHS-compliant g dB power divider providing excellent amplitude and phase symmetry from DC to 110 GHz with all ports matched to 50 Ω. Designed with a three-resistor network, it is ideal for 224 Gbps PAM4 systems, high-speed ADCs, and differential device frequency response testing.

HL9489 Broadband Resistive Power Splitter (DC to 100 GHz)

The HL9489 is a RoHS-compliant symmetrical two-resistor power splitter delivering excellent amplitude and phase symmetry from DC to beyond 100 GHz. Its tightly matched outputs enable highly accurate ratiometric power measurements in precision test applications.

Terminations

HL9529 Broadband Termination (DC to 110 GHz)

The HL9529 is an ultra-broadband 50 Ω load termination designed to provide a matched dummy load on unused ports and prevent unwanted reflections. It is ideal for 5G wireless, test and measurement, radar systems, and Mil-Aero applications.
