The ZX10 is a compact high-performance laser module developed for industrial image processing applications. In automated production, a 14-axis robot precisely aligns all optical components, resulting in exceptional beam quality with a boresight error of less than 0.8 mrad. Depending on the application, the laser is available in red or infrared wavelengths and can be flexibly adapted to customer-specific requirements. The ZR is a red positioning laser with an asymmetric optic that projects especially long and homogeneous lines for precise alignment. With an optical output of up to 40 mW at 635 nm, it provides excellent visibility even across large working areas. An integrated heavy-duty power supply with a wide input range (90–265 VAC) ensures strong interference resistance and reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions. Compact dimensions of Ø 40 mm x 200 mm make it easy to integrate into machines and systems. Typical applications include textile tables and circular saws, where long and uniform line projection is critical for accuracy.

The NC2000 Series amplified noise modules are an excellent choice for high-level noise modules mounted on a circuit board. The NC2000 Series modules are housed in 24, or14-pin dual-inline packages. The NC4000 series modules are housed in a 40-pin module that cover similar noise bands to the NC2000, but have higher crest factor, and 60 dB of TTL controlled attenuation. The ZKV is a circle projection laser that uses a rotating mirror to project highly visible red or green circles onto the work surface. With the wired joystick remote control, the diameter can be adjusted seamlessly—from 270 mm to 1,400 mm at an installation height of 1,000 mm. This eliminates the need for conventional templates and makes the alignment of workpieces faster and more precise. Main applications include barrel construction and the production of wooden cable drums, where the ZKV increases efficiency and accuracy. Its simple operation and flexible adjustment make it a practical and reliable tool in industrial manufacturing.

The NC1000 Series amplified noise modules produce AWGN as high as +13 dBm, and have bandwidths up to 18 GHz. The high power modules are designed to test noise immunity for Cable TV equipment, secure communication channels, and military jamming systems. The lower power modules, <= 0 dBm, are random jitter sources for many applications including, PCIexpress, Infiniband, and 10 GigE. The Bandwidth, output power, and flatness can be modified for specific applications. A newly developed TTL controlled attenuation feature is also available.
