Maury MW - VNA Calibration Standard - Mismatch Airline Series
- Calibration-grade metrology standards
- Used for VNA calibration and/or calibration validation
Maury mismatch airlines have been designed as verification standards to be used in VNA calibration validation. Each mismatch airline is provided with factory S-parameters data that can be compared with user-measured S-parameters for VNA calibration validation. Measurement uncertainty is also provided, and uncertainty boundaries can be used for definitive calibration validation when used in conjunction with MT940B Insight Real-Time Uncertainty Add-On.

- Available as polynomial and characterized device kits
- Measure S-Parameters with uncertainty when used in conjunction with Maury’s Insight software platform
Maury offers coaxial and waveguide VNA calibration kits.
Coaxial calibration kits are offered in Polynomial SOLT, Characterized Device (CD) SOLT, and TRL, depending on the connector series. Where available, CD kits improve calibration accuracy when compared to SOLT kits based on polynomial definitions as each calibration kit is provided with individually characterized short, open and fixed load standards, whose S-parameters can be loaded into commercial VNAs directly or when used with Maury’s Insight™ software platform. When combined with Insight™, users will be able to quantify the uncertainty contribution of their calibration kit to their overall measurements. CD cal kits result in TRL-like accuracy with fixed-load SOLT ease-of-use.
Comprehensive, Turn-key Integrated Measurement System (IMS) with Keysight PNA for On-wafer R&D Measurements from RF to millimeter wave to Terahertz
- Outstanding stability
- Fast switching speed
- Ripple-free response over standard waveguide bands
The NC5000A Series AWGN noise sources feature outstanding stability, switching speed, and ripple-free response over standard waveguide bands. The high stability of the NC5000A Series allows these units to be used in place of cumbersome gas tube noise sources.
Ripple in the output of noise sources has a direct effect on measurement accuracy, so Noisecom has tailored the response of the NC5000A Series so that ripple is minimized throughout the specified frequency range.

Coaxial air lines are air-dielectric transmission lines with highly accurate dimensions that can be used as fundamental impedance standards in measurement and calibration applications, and may also be used to establish reference positions for measurements.
Bead supported air lines offer greater convenience and easier connections (the center conductor is automatically aligned by the dielectric bead for easy connection); beadless air lines offer better impedance and electrical length accuracies, as well as lower VSWR (the center conductor floats free in the air line body, and the male connector nut is retractable to facilitate insertion of the center conductor contact before the thread- on connection tightened.
Single phase electric power/energy calibrator with power quality functions for calibration and testing of grid measuring appliance like power meters, power transducers or power quality analysers. Terminals 2 and 3 are inactive.
- Power quality and energy functions
