Teledyne Test Tools new T3AFG series of function / arbitrary waveform generators use advanced Digital Frequency Synthesis (DDS) technology to produce high quality standard function and arbitrary waveform signals. They also provide a wide range of analog and digital modulation functions. The T3AFG series of Arbitrary Waveform Generators includes models with up to 500 MHz bandwidth, 2.4 GSa/s sample rate, 16-bit vertical resolution and 20 Mpts of data. Common analog and digital modulations, sweep and burst are provided to support complex signal generation. The T3AFG series also provides true dual channels with internal waveform combination, flexible phase/channel control and copy/coupling/tracking between channels. These features enable Teledyne Test Tools Arbitrary Waveform Generators to provide a variety of high fidelity and low jitter signals, meeting the growing requirements of complex and intensive applications.

Differential active probes are like two probes in one. Instead of measuring a test point in relation to a ground point (like single-ended active probes), differential probes measure the difference in voltage of a test point in relation to another test point

With the ProBus interface, the ZD500, 1000, and 1500 becomes an integral part of the oscilloscope. All probe gain and offset controls are transparent to the user, making it easier to probe the circuit without concern for which gain setting to choose. When used with a LeCroy digital oscilloscope, no external power supply is required.
